Goncharuk V. Administrative-regulatory aspects of balancing social and economic development in Ukraine in market conditions

The object - the condition of socio-economic structuring of the national economy and its compliance to questions of social progress' ensuring. The goal - theoretical reasoning and development of an integrated methodological concept how to provide driven pattern to actions on socio-economic changes in the economy. Methods - mathematical statistics, comparisons, expert opinions and imitational modeling, logic synthesis of world scientific thought and legislation, systematic analysis of socio-economic restructuring of the economy. Theoretically grounded and developed an integrated methodological concept how to provide driven pattern to economic and social progress' actions. The new substance to tools explication and justification variant implementation of social and economic changes in the economy was granted. Scientific-methodological foundations of modeling of the relation between social and economic changes got further development. Scientific ideas about interpretation of the essence of the category "transformation of the economy" and the mechanism of justification conglomerate of factors and standards to which they should aspire were deepen. Determination of definition "asymmetrical balance between economic and social components of public dynamics" and scientific approaches to determining the degree of control of social and economic progression in the national economy was improved. The scope of use - institutions engaged in justification and the elaboration of socio-economic development's programs and in monitoring of their implementation, the learning process.
