Essay

The object of study - the process of designing cellular networks LTE RAN. Subject of investigation - mathematical models and methods of structural and parametric synthesis and planning multistage network deployment LTE RAN. Research methods - methods of optimization, mathematical statistics and probability theory, the theory telecommunications, radio propagation, systems analysis, mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the first time the complex mathematical models for solving the synthesis of multi-cellular networks LTE RAN. The complex models presented a set of partial models that take into account the characteristics of user traffic data placement subscribers intake of information and communication services, radio propagation, effective values of bandwidth and network performance, possible locations. The method of synthesis of multi-cellular networks LTE RAN optimal according to the criterion of maximum profit index provider. The novelty of the method is that the mathematical model and optimization method for solving the problem based on a multi-network approach to deploy LTE RAN. He received further development of the method of synthesis of multi-cellular networks LTE RAN planning and provision of information and communication services through a new mathematical model of multistage services for implementation services in the LTE. The practical value of the results is that the proposed thesis mathematical models and methods of structural and parametric synthesis were software implementation in the form routines consisting of a software package that allows you to solve the problem of synthesis multiservice information and communication network LTE, as well as to plan multistage network deployment planning and implementing the optimal sequence of four information and communication services. With the help of a software proved the possibility of practical implementation and performance.
