Trots I. The System of prevention and economical directions of avoidance of bankruptcy of enterprises.

In dissertation work, there are theoretical, scientifically-methodical approaches provided, practical recommendations for forming and introducing into the enterprise the system of prevention, and economical directions of bankruptcy avoidance are offered. The scientifically-methodical approach relates to the prevention of enterprise bankruptcy on the basis of the concept of consistency of the proposed criteria of estimation, interdependence and interrelation, which allows the probability level of bankruptcy to be identified, worked out and substantiated. The organizationally-economic model of diagnostics of the crisis state is offered. Facilities of management risks and ways of their neutralization, optimization and minimization are systematized. Directions and ways of the avoidance of bankruptcy in enterprises are differentiated depending on the level of probability of bankruptcy. The system of prevention, prognostication and avoidance of bankruptcy of enterprises are worked out.
