The thesis is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal bases of Prosecutor's service's activity of Ukraine of combating corruption. Defined the concept of corruption and the actual vision of the mechanism of counteraction to the corruption offenses, described Prosecutor's services of Ukraine as a subject of administrative and legal counteraction of corruption, establishes the normative bases of their activities on counteraction of corruption and the place among them of administrative and legal regulation.
