Essay

Object: the process of food promotion by trade enterprises. Purpose: development of scientific and theoretical approaches and practical tools of formation food promotion mechanisms by means of Internet technologies. Methods: abstract-logical method, system analysis and synthesis, logical analysis, statistical methods, the method of economic analysis, factor analysis, graphical modeling method. It is offered: it is improved: an integrated approach of the food promotion management; system of efficiency indicators of economic and institutional mechanisms to promote food groups by performance evaluation blocks in functional systems; conceptual approach to the formation of economic and institutional food promote mechanisms by means of Internet technologies; gathered subsequent development: interpretation of the essence of the concept of "food promotion mechanism"; approach to process improvement implementation of food by introducing economic and institutional mechanisms to promote means of Internet technologies; systematization kinds of effects from the introduction of Internet projects. Sphere of the use: trade enterprise.
