Moroz N. Development of housing fund management system in Ukraine

The object of the research is the housing fund management system. The research aims to the development of the theoretical foundations and applied bottom of development of housing fund management system. Author used methods: comparative analysis and theoretical generalization, statistical analysis, expert method, analysis of hierarchies. The theoretical value of the results of the thesis consists in research of theoretical bases of development of system of housing management. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time there is developed the model of implementing professional management system of housing fund, there is improved model of professional apartment house management, prevision development of some categories interpretation such as "housing fund management system", "subject of housing fund management", "building superintendent", the classification of the subjects of housing fund management, evaluating method of housing fund management forms, evaluating method of housing fund management system efficiency. The subject of research refers to theoretical foundations and applied bottom of formation and development professional management system of housing fund. The recommendations of author apply to development of housing fund management system in Ukraine. The sphere for the use of author's recommendations is revered to public authorities.
