The object of research is the development of diversification of machine-building enterprises. The aim of the dissertation is the study and development of theoretical and applied the provisions of development of diversification of enterprises. The author used methods: generalization, grouping, integrated, statistical methods, comparative, dynamic, analytical analysis, optimization methods and models, graphical method. The theoretical value of the dissertation refers to the justification theoretical provisions as to development of diversification of enterprises. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time is proposed provision for the implementation of diversification strategies, based on the synthesis of project, portfolio and resource approaches using economic and mathematical tools, there is improved method of establishing of integrated level of diversification based on the calculation of partial coefficients, there are developed a definition of "diversification of enterprises", graph-analytic model of process of diversification production of enterprises, formation a common sequence of process of diversified innovation development of enterprises. The subject of dissertation is theoretical and methodical-applicated provisions of development of diversification of machine-building enterprises. Author's recommendations are used during the implementing of effective diversification strategies using economic and mathematical tools. The sphere for the use of author's recommendations are machine-building enterprises.
