The object of research investment activity of business associations. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations on public-regulation of investment activity of business associations. The author used the methods of analysis, system approach, questionnaires, interviews, economic and mathematical modeling, ratio analysis, the analytic hierarchy process. The theoretical value of the thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical implementation of the provisions on public-regulatory effect on investment business associations. The thesis agreed scientific and practical task of developing theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations on public-regulation of investment activity of business associations. The work developed classification of legislative and regulatory instruments of investment activity of business associations, in forming legislative and regulatory framework for the management of investment activities, improved typology types of investments.
