The object of the research is the mechanisms of investment drawing into the enterprise. The aim of the research under consideration is the development of theoretical and practical recommendations in order to improve economic evaluation and regulation of the mechanisms of investment drawing into the enterprise. The author has applied the following methods: the methods of scientific cognition: generalization, specification, systematization, comparison and abstraction; survey, formalization, cluster analysis and economic-mathematical methods have been applied as well. The theoretical value of the thesis results lies in the investigation of the theoretical basis of economic evaluation fulfillment and the regulation of the mechanisms of investment drawing into the enterprise. The novelty of the results received is the following: the model of economic evaluation and regulation of the mechanisms of investment drawing into an enterprise has been introduced for the first time; we have also improved the method of economic evaluation of the mechanisms of investment drawing into an enterprise, the method of advisability of the regulation of mechanisms of investment drawing into an enterprise, conceptual model of economic evaluation and the regulation of investment drawing into an enterprise, the complex of categories and notions in the sphere of investment activity of an enterprise has become a perspective. The subject of the research is theoretical and methodological issues concerning economic evaluation and the regulation of the mechanisms of investment drawing into an enterprise. The author's recommendations can be applied for economic evaluation and regulation of the mechanisms of investment drawing into an enterprise. The sphere of machine-building is the area for author's recommendations application.
