Dissertation is devoted to research the reactions of nitroethenes and 2-nitrothiophens with active methylene compounds, to find the regularities of their course and to expand the limits of application. The conditions of formation of 2 furanon oximes in the reactions of 2-aryl- and 2-hetaryl-1-nitroetenes with cyclic and noncyclic 1,3-diketones were clarified. New oximes of 2-thiophenon were synthesized in the reaction of 2-nitrothiophen and its derivatives with arylacetonitriles. The regularities observed for both reactions were compared and probable mechanisms were proposed.
