Essay

The thesis is the clinical work, which is dedicated to increasing resistance grounding of hard tissue of teeth in children who often suffer from acute respiratory viral infections. A survey of 200 children 6-7 years showed that the prevalence of dental caries in children, who often suffer from ARVI is 80,8 ± 5,65% at the intensity lesions 2,94 ± 0,39 tooth in terms of CFD+cf. Prevalence caries process against the background of deteriorating oral hygiene and oral fluid parameters. Designed and implemented into clinical practice health care complex, which evaluated the effect of 1.6 months and at 1, 1.5 and 2 years after appointment. The effectiveness of the complex show improved oral hygiene, indicators TER-clinical test and determining the speed of remineralization of enamel mineralizuyuchoho potential and pH of oral fluid velocity salivation, reduced viscosity, calcium and inorganic phosphorus, increased activity of lysozyme and decrease urease activity and normalization degree dysbiosis. Reduction of the rate of tooth decay in children is 62.9%.
