Essay

The thesis is the clinical work, which is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of prevention measures in the intraoperative period regarding occurrence of postoperative scars skin of various anatomical sites of the face and neck, including shortening the treatment and improvement of clinical course by applying adhesive technology. The clinical study included 60 patients who performed surgery on the removal of benign tumors or other locally plastic surgery. Distribution clinical groups held in depending on how close the wound. Before I group included 30 patients who imposed nodal joints to the second group - 30 patients who as prevent formation of pathological scarring of the skin wound surface applied adhesive "Dermabond." To create the necessary conditions for the application of skin glue "Dermabond" wound closure was carried out by the proposed method. The analysis of the dynamics of changes in clinical parameters scar, temperature indicators and areas rubtsevozminenyh tissue can argue about the benefits of skin glue in the clinic - namely, creating better conditions for rapid wound healing, shorten hospitalization facilitate postoperative driving wounds which allows you to get the best functional and aesthetic effect.
