Essay

This research deals with the nature of the legal mode of land pipelines in Ukraine. Existing theoretical approaches to the concept of legal mode of land pipelines in science of law are under study. The essence and meaning of the notions "land pipeline" and "institution of land pipelines" are suggested and substantiated in this thesis. Special attention is paid to the problem of legal framework for land use in terms of laying land pipelines, over- and underground pipelines and their structures. Legal measures to protect land pipelines are analyzed in terms of minimization of environmental hazards in the process of construction and exploitation of pipeline structures.
