Object: a means of strengthening the security of food industry of National economy. Purpose: theoretical study and development of applied recommendations to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of strengthening the economic security of the food industry in Ukraine. Methods: Comparative Analysis, systematization and generalization; dialectical method; systematic approach and abstraction; economic and mathematical modeling; statistical analysis; factor analysis; morphological analysis. It is offered: advanced: the formation of the complex system of measures to counter threats to the economic security of the individual components of the national economy, in the categories of the economic security, methodical approach to identifying intra threat to the sugar industry of Ukraine.
