The thesis solves a scientific and practical task of development and study of practical recommendations to assess the effectiveness of sustainable supply chain management of manufacturing enterprise. The factors and peculiarities of logistic activity of enterprises which operate on the principles of sustainable development has been studied. The essence of sustainability of supply chains as a precondition of Ukrainian enterprises in modern conditions has been clarified. The methods, indicators and a system of indicators of the effectiveness evaluation of sustainable supply chain management has been analyzed. The analysis of the practice of introducing the concept of sustainable development in supply chain management has been conducted.
