Essay

The study of the periodontal state, cytological, immunological and biochemical parameters of the 120 patients with chronic generalized periodontitis of I degree was conducted. It was discovered that the disease runs on the background of local immunity reduction, increased activity of microbiocenosis enzymatic indicators, imbalance of pro-oxidants, antioxidants and bioelements in oral fluid, which served as justification for the use of symbiotic in the combined treatment. On the model of randomized parallel study has been proven the feasibility and high clinical efficacy of the proposed method of treatment in the next and distant observation dates. Branch - medicine.
