Important scientific-technological task to improve the efficiency of the cutting device operation of the segment-pin mover has been solved in the dissertation by the development and application of new design of the drive with regulated spring device. Kinematic, construction and power parameters, which provide high efficiency of the mower and its low energy consumption, have been interpreted.
