Essay

Object of study: pathogenic, opportunistic and sanitary indicative coliform bacteria (Salmonella sp., Shigella sp., Escherichia sp.). Aim: - improving the efficiency nonculturable state (NS) detection of pathogenic, opportunistic and indicative coliform bacteria induced by the action of different classes of biocides. Methods of the research: bacteriological, microscopic, fluorescently-microscopic, biological, statistical. Equipment: microscope for clinical laboratory diagnostics "MIKMED-2", Densi-La-Meter, thermostat, autoclave, dry-heat oven, pasteurizer, laboratory centrifuge, flasks, test tubes, pipettes, Petri dishes, etc. Has been improved method for determining enterobacteria viability on the basis of assessment membrane potential using a fluorescent dye Rh123, which enables to increase the detection of viable cells by 45%. First time NS induction regularities of enterobacteria have been disclosed depending on dose and time of action of inorganic and organic biocides. Has been supplemented scientific information about restore growth of nonculturable enterobacteria in vitro and in vivo. Degree of implementation: 1 Ukraine patent for utility model, 1 new technology, 1 innovation branch, 3 act implementation. Scope (area) of application: medicine (microbiology, bacteriology, sanitation, disinfectology)
