Essay

The dissertation scientific problem solved improvements in animal feed by mixing the ingredients of design and substantiation of constructive and technological parameters of the mixer. To intensify the mixing process and ensure the required quality of its proposed new design of the mixer, where the intensification of the process is achieved through the influence of controlled vortex air flow by mixing the ingredients of animal feed. Conducted research Mathematical models of nonlinear dynamics and loose environmental laws established the velocity distribution of particles in the zone of the mixing chamber, depending on the parameters of vortex framework.
