This research focuses on the principles of administrative and legal regulations in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, the formation of theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations to improve legal security in the area. The structure of the dissertation based on consistent consideration of doctrinal approaches to understanding the principles of law in science and law, main features, content and purpose of the principles of administrative law and their impact on regulation in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The role of European standards and principles of public law in the agricultural sector of Ukraine has been defined and described. A number of international legal acts and acts of national legislation on this issue has been analyzed. A separate section deals with the improvement of the principles of administrative and legal regulation in the agrarian sphere of Ukraine. The principles of proper governance agricultural sector through the consideration of European integration, requirements and principles of public administration and administrative-legal regulation in the agrarian sphere of Ukraine, have been analyzed and and provided suggestions for their improvement.
