This paper discovers theoretical-methodological aspects of the economic phenomenon of diversification, and upgrades the method of its classification. This paper researches the difficulties and possible positive results, which appear during the realization of diversification activity by agricultural enterprises. This paper also outlines the classification scheme of diversification activity of agricultural enterprises. This paper develops the matrix of vector increase of risks of realization of diversification by agricultural enterprises. This paper comprehensively analyzes the prerequisites of realization of diversification by agricultural enterprises of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast. This paper conducted a sociological questioning of the citizens of the oblast under study and proved the perspective of realization of organic diversification. This paper researches step-by-step realization of diversification by agricultural enterprises with the help of spiral model. Which contains 4 stages: analysis and planning; providing the necessary prerequisites; implementation of new production; stabilization and evaluation of results. This paper defines the perspective directions of realization of diversification by agricultural enterprises of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast.
