Essay

The theoretical-methodological and scientific-practical aspects of organizational and economic support of personnel management at agricultural enterprises have been studied; scientific approaches to classification of personnel and agricultural enterprises in terms of management performance have been improved, methodological foundations and principles of human resources have been grounded. The model of economic diagnostics of personnel management at agricultural enterprises has been suggested. On this basis, a comprehensive analysis of personnel management system at agricultural enterprises has been carried out, the main trends and prospects have been determined. The complex methods of evaluating the effectiveness of personnel management in the context of economic, organizational and social characteristics have been developed. The mechanism of organizational and economic support of personnel management at agricultural enterprises has been grounded. Based on the conducted PRESTCOM-analysis directions of improvement the external factors that influence the effectiveness of personnel management in terms of competitive, technological, economic, market, regulatory, social, institutional and political factors have been suggested.
