Determined that the information society as the object of administrative legal relations - is a variety of benefits in the form of effective detection, recording and processing of information, technology, manufacturing expertise, information economy, the culture of information society, constituting a public value to consumers of information resources and activities of the public administration to secure the right of individuals and entities to information, freedom of information and the legitimate interests of individuals and businesses in the information society, carried out on the basis of administrative law.
