Essay

The thesis is devoted to determining the peculiarities of administrative and legal status of the National Guard of Ukraine. Historical and legal review of the formation and development of administrative and legal status of military forces of the state with law enforcement functions has been realized. The characteristics of the National Guard of Ukraine as a subject of implementation of the law enforcement function of the state have been provided. The features of legal basis of the National Guard of Ukraine have been defined; and the place of administrative legislation among them has been found out.
