Vostriakova V. The development of enterprise innovation potential (according to the materials of publishing and printing companies of Ukraine)

The thesis is dedicated to generalization and elaboration of theoretical positions, development of new methodological approaches to the formation and use of innovation potential of the enterprise. The research describes a dynamic model of enterprise innovation potential development based on the principles of non-linear innovation process and suggests humanization of innovation factor of economic growth by providing correlations between innovation resources, innovation skills, innovation abilities in innovation sector and targeted innovation projects. The own interpretation of the innovation potential of the enterprise is offered and the typology of scientific approaches to its definition is elaborated, the classification of its evaluation approaches is specified by introducing of dual characteristics, the methodological tools of evaluation of enterprise innovation level are improved due to the implementation of sector ranking indicators of innovation activity and descriptive matrix method adaptation of binary correspondence of innovation resources, innovation abilities and innovation skills analysis. Methodological approaches to the validation of innovation potential development program are adapted on the basis of determination of common strategy, innovation development goals, identification of innovation resources, innovation skills and innovation abilities, as well as of innovation activity key performance indicators
