Moroz D. Administrative and legal basis of the tax police as the subject of information relations in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the basics of the tax police as the subject of legal information. On the basis of scientific and theoretical literature, laws of Ukraine and its application and definitions of " information", " legal information ", "subject of legal information " reveals the essence of the tax police as the subject of legal information, raised the issue of the tax police to obtain and use information. This paper discusses the information as a mandatory element in the system of legal information. Highlights the interdependence of the efficiency of the tax police of information in general and legal, among others. Emphasized its significant role in the implementation of the reorganization of the tax service. The analysis of problems and errors that currently exist in the use of information technology by the tax police.
