Essay

It was found that the formation of crystalline perovskite phases Ba1-xSrxTiO3, BaTi1-xZrxO3 and AgNb1-xTaxO3 via solid phase synthesis method is a multistage process and requires high temperatures. It is shown that the use of sol-gel methods can receive these solid solutions and based on them materials allow to obtain such materials at low temperatures and provide high level of chemical homogeneity. Obtained thin and Ba1-xSrxTiO3 1 wt% MgO (x = 0.2-0.6) and BaTi1-xZrxO3 (x = 0.2-0.5) based thin films materials show nonlinear dielectric properties combined with low dielectric losses in the microwave range.
