Essay

Dissertation is concerning on analysis of philosophical and legal grounds of judicial power as a social cultural phenomenon. The detailed study of main judicial power theoretical models starting from late modern period till our times has been done. A mindset tradition of origin, establishment and development of judicial power has been illustrated. Philosophical and legal conceptions, historical, politologycal and culturological researches of judicial power phenomenon have been studied. Peculiarities of judicial power in transitive and information-oriented society have been described.
