Shovkun Y. Legal regulation of pisciculture in Ukraine

The dissertation deals with the systematic and comprehensive analysis of the concept and peculiarities of legal regulation of pisciculture in Ukraine in order to form a holistic understanding of legal relationships in this sphere and to search for effective ways and mechanisms for implementation of pisciculture. Historical stages of development of legislation regulating the relations in the sphere of pisciculture, individual elements of the studied legal relations have been characterized. The legal nature of legal relations in the sphere of pisciculture have been considered. The reasons facilitating the formation of the logical theoretical constructions, aimed at improvement of the effectiveness of these relations have been presented. The formation grounds of separate institute of agrarian law of Ukraine have been determined. Sufficient attention is paid to the legal principles of use of separate objects of legal relations of pisciculture in the aspect of ensuring food security of Ukraine. The legal ways of increase of level of product quality and safety in pisciculture pisciculturehave been proposed.
