Essay

Dissertation is devoted to development of the basic criteria for creation of a combined psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy in this group of patients based on a study of changes the level of hormone of the pineal gland's (melatonin), which affects the characteristics of the formation of non-psychotic mental disorder (NMD) patients with closed craniocerebral injury in the long term. The work contains the results of the survey of 115 patients with the NDP in the long term mild intracranial injury (42 patients with concussion and 73 patients - with a brain contusion). The findings of symptomatic scales of questionnaires found statistically significant differences by individual scales in a group (concussion and brain contusion). Model of the dual therapy contained the following components: first block is "Setting compliance", which was carried out step by step the system construction therapeutic alliance between doctor and patient, using psycho-educational programs and information designed to impact of psycho-correction. Second block is - "Stabilization of the of psycho-emotional condition" (in patients with brain concussion) was associated with improvement of the emotional sphere, by reducing anxiety and depression, working model of constructive responses to stress, critical assessment of the situation and restore transactions in the system "man-environment"; "Formation of emotional regulation Skills" (a group with brain contusion) aimed at obtaining skills decrease anxiety, expressing emotions, working out emotional response to the stress of the situation and further their interpretation. The third block is "Restoring social functioning" included the development of behavior patterns in the interaction of micro- and macro-society, reducing aggression and irritability by using efficient techniques of psychotherapy. The fourth stage - it was the "Recovery strategies to overcome stress" was used for a group of patients with concussion and a brain contusion, which included intense session's group which aimed at rethinking the importance of traumatizing events reaction types and ways to overcome them. An integrated approach used in this study allowed the scientific principles of NMD therapy in patients with concussion and brain contusion mild severity.
