The object of study: processes of formation of logistic service system for industrial enterprises. Objective: to develop theoretical and methodological principles of formation of logistic service system for industrial enterprises. Methods: statistical analysis; comparative analysis; systems analysis; structural analysis; logical analysis; economic and mathematical analysis; graphic design; method of expert evaluations; mathematical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical principles, conclusions and recommendations brought to the level of teaching materials and proposals concerning the system of logistics service industry to optimize the allocation of marketing budget. Novelty: proposed and proofed scientific and methodical approach to of formation of logistic service system for industrial enterprise based on prioritization of its elements and diagnostics based on calculating the integral index based synergistic effect of the interaction of components; improved methodical tools to diagnose system of logistic service of industrial enterprise by clarifying and addition it's components of evaluation of its performance and structure, determining the integral index and its critical values; improved methodical approach to determining the optimal level of logistics services for industrial enterprises and costs to increase; improved scientific and methodical approach to the process of formation of logistics services. Implementation: investigations and practical recommendations are introduced into practice of Sumy Engineering Works Ltd., Bilopillya Engineering Works Ltd. and learning process of SSU. Field of usage: economics and enterprise management.
