The object of study: the process of operational management and its information support agricultural enterprises of Cherkassy. Objective: To develop scientifically based proposals and recommendations for improvement of operational management in agricultural enterprises through the introduction of management practices in new information technologies. Methods: dialectical, abstract and logical, systematic and targeted analysis, detail, synthesis, settlement and constructive, clustering, correlation, index, compare, graphic, monographic, surveys, questionnaires, timing, factor analysis, empirical, peer reviews. Scientific novelty: for the first time proved the feasibility of using the operational management of agricultural production of management information technology solutions through the use of dynamic online information and analytical panels; improved interpretation of the category of information support operational management in agricultural enterprises, system approach to forming information support operational management in agricultural enterprises, the approach to innovation and development of the project implementation of new information technology support decision-making in the agricultural enterprise; had received further study of specific functions of operational management in agricultural enterprises, the approach to classification information needs of operational management.
