Komashko V. Legal and organizational bases of control over perpetration of a crime.

The dissertation is the first complex monographic research of modem theoretical and practical problems, associated with legal regulation and organization of control over perpetration of a crime. Complex research of problems of carrying out of control over perpetration of a crime is performed in the thesis, essence, content and legal nature of the abovementioned tacit investigatory (detective) action, peculiarities of organization and tactics of its implementation are defined. In order to develop a common approach to the content of organization of control over perpetration of a crime, algorithms of carrying out of forms of control over perpetration of a crime (controlled delivery, controlled and operative purchases, special investigative experiment, simulation of a situation of a crime), carrying out of which has some similarities in terms of their organization, giving grounds to develop a common organizational model, were researched. Scientifically justified proposals on improvement of criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine, institutional framework of carrying out of control over perpetration of a crime, were formulated.
