Objective: development of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of reproduction of the basic means of water supply and sanitation and improving its economic efficiency. The object of research: the processes of fixed assets reproduction at water supply and sanitation in the context of their financial and economic activity. Subject of research: a set of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations and methods for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of fixed assets reproduction at water supply and sanitation. Methods: synergistic approach; formalization and classification methods; latent semantic analysis and the singular matrix decomposition; index method and simplex method; methods of game theory. Improved: organizational and economic mechanism of fixed assets reproduction at water enterprises, tools of forecasting of financial resources at water and sanitation enterprises, designed for repairs cases on the basis of constructed latent-semantic analysis model. The methodical approach to the optimization of the financing capital repairs at water and sanitation enterprises by introducing correction indexes which take into account the actual technical condition of production assets and the terms of their use; Were further developed: clarification of categorical apparatus, in particular, the definition of "fixed assets WSS" as the summarizing category for the totality of the various fixed assets. The approach to determining the amount of financing equipment repairs, taking into account the index of aging equipment and methodical approach to decision making process at water and sanitation offices in planning the capital repairs of fixed assets. Scope of use: water and sewer enterprises, local governments, universities.
