Andreychuk O. Legal regulation of private pension provision in the state social policy system.

The thesis is devoted to systematic and thorough analysis of the legal regulation of private pension schemes in the social policy. In the paper was examined genesis of the institute of private pension provision in Ukraine the concept, nature and content of the private pension provision system in Ukraine were defined, the interaction of public and private pensions as a form of implementation of modern Ukrainian social policy and legal regulation of private pension provision were studied. It was found the legal status of private pension funds, investors and participants of pension funds, employers - payers of corporate pension funds, government supervision and control of the industry and other entities of private pensions. The peculiarities of reform of private pension provision in state social police system in terms of European integration were explored, problems of citizen participation in private pension provision and ways of their solution were singled out.
