Object - process of functioning of LTE wireless access systems. The purpose - expanding of bandwidth of LTE network base stations. Methods - theory of optimization, theory of estimation and management, waiting-line theory, methods of space-time signal processing, management in adaptive antenna arrays, fuzzy logic mathematical apparatus. Results - improvement of the method of adaptive modulation during data transfer in LTE networks; further development of the procedure for channel parameters estimation in LTE networks; improvement of staff scheduling subsystem at resource dispatching control based on SJF algorithm; improvement of the method of space-time access management in LTE networks.
