Essay

The object is the influence of civilization factors on the global nature of the current political process. The aim is to reveal the peculiarities of application of historical and civilizational Arnold Toynbee methodology for analysis of the current global political process. The methods are system, dialectic, political and historical approaches; comparative, hermeneutic, doxographical. Proved that today continue to effect on the global political process described by Arnold Toynbee three consequences of world history - the scientific and technological revolution, and above all a revolution in communications; War radical strengthening of institutions, which for the first time in history, have the ability to transform a military battle in the "planetary Armageddon" (this in no small measure today promotes active use of hybrid technology wars); a sharp increase in technology class (political) struggle, which intensified the various forms of social protest (strikes, lock-outs, social upheavals, terrorism, etc.). Reported that the events of recent decades is not removed from the agenda of a global political process are three key issues that Arnold Toynbee formulated during the deliberation on the fate of Western civilization: in the politics - is the establishment of constitutional cooperative system of world government; in the economy - is to find workable compromises between free enterprise and social conducting; in the spiritual realm - a transfer of all secular superstructure on religious grounds. Application spheres are foreign policy and training courses.
