The definitions of the economic development of agricultural enterprises in organic olericulture and pomiculture have been presented. The optimal 7-step process of an agricultural enterprise transition from a traditional production to the organic technologies has been suggested for olericulture and pomiculture in open ground. The model, which defines the optimal assortment for organic vegetables and berries productions in greenhouse, has been offered. The pyramid of marketing strategies in organic olericulture and pomiculture, depending on ecological level of agricultural enterprises, has been established.
