The theoretical and methodological framework for the statistical support of change management at metallurgical enterprises was expounded in the dissertation. The essence of changes was considered. Classification of changes was also conducted by different criterions (sources of changes, planning level, way of responding to changes, implementation of changes, aftermath of changes etc). Priority directions of statistical research of changes at metallurgical enterprises were substantiated. The statistical support concept of change management at metallurgical enterprises was formed. The analytical instruments and the information resources for research of changes at metallurgical enterprises were substantiated.
