The thesis is devoted to the research of public control over the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. The concept of public control over the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine has been formulated; and the role of public control over the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine has been defined. Legal principles of realizing public control over the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine have been characterized. The objective, tasks and principles of public control over the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine have been outlined. The range of subjects and objects of public control over the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine has been determined. The grounds, procedure and forms of realizing public control over the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine have been considered. The essence and significance of the guarantees of realizing public control over the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine have been revealed. Legal and organizational guarantees of realizing public control over the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine have been considered. The features of legal relations while realizing public control over the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine have been clarified. The grounds of the origin and termination of legal relations on the organization of public control over the activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine have been analyzed. International experience of realizing public control over regulatory authorities has been generalized; the possibilities of its implementation in Ukraine have been determined.
