Martynova N. Legal support of sustainable rural development

The thesis deals with legal issues of sustainable development of rural areas in Ukraine, formation of the theoretical foundations and development on their basis of practical recommendations to improve the existing legislation in this area. The study determined the content and scientific approaches to the definition of sustainable development of rural areas; proposed «sustainable rural development» is defined as a complex, the fundamental principle of development of rural areas, identified and dealt with specific guidelines such development; characterized by the legal framework governing the historical development of legislation in the field of sustainable development of rural areas; Special attention is endowed with the issue software for sustainable rural development. The focus of the work is focused on the discovery and improvement of legal support sustainable rural development in the context of environmental, social and industrial spheres. Relying on domestic and foreign experience clarified the factors that influence the effectiveness of organizational and legal, financial and legal support of sustainable rural development. Revealed shortcomings in the existing legislation governing the relationships that are formed on the road to sustainable development of rural areas in Ukraine and proposals on improvement of legal regulation of these relations.
