Essay

The thesis contains a new approach to the important issue of Traumatology and Orthopedics - improved treatment of femur fractures in violation of reparative osteogenesis. Was the analysis of experimental results, namely - worked in performed surgery on 36 animals (rabbits) - analysis of the results of experimental studies, namely, it was performed. Created biomechanical model of fracture of the femur. The animals were divided into 4 groups: Group 1 - control - were not carried out surgery; Group 2 - animals in which femur fracture was fixed intramedullary rod of stainless steel 316L; Group 3 - animals in which the biomechanical femur fracture was fixed VT-6 alloy; Group 4 - animals in which femur fracture was fixed Zr-Ti-alloy. The follow - 90 days. Morphologic study macropreparations found that the flow of reparative osteogenesis, in general, no different in different groups of animals, however, there are differences in the structural and functional state of the formed bone regeneration - namely, the use of Zr-Ti alloy for osteosynthesis of fractures approximates the size of the bone marrow layer of the femur and the average number of central channels in vascular parameters to regenerate normal bone. Analysis of statistical processing of computer simulation data showed that the smallest differences in the nature of stress-strain behavior femur distribution identified using implants of Zr-Ti alloy - 37.2 MPa (54.74 MPa normal) in the medial part of the diaphysis. It was found that the use of intramedullary retainers made of alloy 316L and VT-6 significantly reduces the possibility of elastic deformation bone, which can cause the formation of bіt shilding stress syndrome.
