Theoretical and practical aspects in respect of investigation of concealment of crimes as a type of criminal offenses under Article 396 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are researched in thesis. The structure of a forensic characteristic of the mentioned type of crimes is developed; the characteristic of concealers is given; criminalistics classification of typical ways of committing concealment of crimes is developed and discovered; typical situation of concealment of crimes is characterized.
