Essay

A new scientific-applied task on the creation of an information technology of using forecasting methods of random events, which are negatively affecting an information system of technological process control, was solve in this thesis. A system of forecasting, which includes a model of forecasting at first; a model which describes an external factors (in some approximation), which acti-vate random events; a model, which uses the forecast data, are developed by the author of this thesis. An author developed methods of modification of the forecast-ing model with the aim of adaptation of this model according to the changes of the character of input data, which are the basis of the forecasting process.
