Essay

The thesis is devoted for solving of scientific and practical task which deals with establishment of the clinical charactericstics of stable ischemic heart disease in combination with diabetes mellitus type 2, which is characterized by greater frequency of left ventricle diastolic dysfunction and oxygen supply of peripheral tissues. These patients had significantly more pronounced violation in cardiovascular hemodynamics, autonomic regulation of heart rate variability, which are directly proportionally related to metabolic disorders in cardiomyocytes due to pronounced changes in the lipid spectrum, lipid peroxidation and decreasement of antioxidant protection. It’s confirmed that the additional prescription of candesartan / lisinopril and ?-lipoic acid to standard therapy of stable ischemic heart disease normalizes left ventricle diastolic function, autonomic regulation and significantly restores metabolic disorders in the myocardium in patients with stable angina and concomitant type 2 diabetes mellitus.
