Tyshchenko V. Administrative and legal regulation of interaction between notaries and public authorities

The thesis deals with analysis of scientific-theoretical, practical and legal bases of interaction of bodies and officials authorized to enforce notary acts of public authorities and local governments, and historical development, present legislative support and also positive legislative experience of some foreign countries on its implementation. The author has described notary activities as object of administrative and legal regulation. She has determined the place of notaries in the system of public authorities. She has formulated the concept, principles and interactions of the notary with the government and local authorities. There is the separate description of the interaction of Notaries with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and its territorial bodies. The author has found possible directions of borrowing of foreign experience in administrative and legal regulation of interaction between notaries and public authorities.
