Zolotonosha O. Organizational principles of public administration in economy at local level

The thesis deals with the institutional and legal framework of public administration in the economy at the local level. Determined that the local administration is a social activity authorized by public authorities for the implementation of the regulatory and supervisory activities in the socio-economic area within the territory of the administrative-territorial unit (local level). In practice this is the management activities of authorized state bodies to ensure the reproduction process at the local level to their development. Indicated that the main forms to provide public administration in the economy at the local level should include first publication and application of acts of public administration related to economic development by local authorities.
