Samoilenko I. Rehabilitation actions, tactics immunotherapy and antioxidant therapy in dental implantation in patients with generalized periodontitis.

The thesis is devoted to improving the effectiveness of preoperative preparation of patients with generalized periodontitis to the dental implantation therapy with using photodynamic therapy, immunomodulators "Ronkoleykin" and antioxidant drug "Meksidol." Clinical laboratory testing methods combined rehabilitation of patients with generalized periodontitis conducted in two groups: the main and the comparison group. In the study, group (32 patients) preoperative preparation was carried out using a method developed HELBO photodynamic therapy, immunomodulator recombinant IL-2 ("Ronkoleykin") and antioxidant "Meksydol." In the control group (31 patients), preoperative preparation generally held the traditional protocol. Designed and tested a combined method of preparation for dental implant patients with generalized periodontitis in clinical trials showed an advantage over existing traditional reorganization by optimizing the periodontal tissues and correction of immunological and biochemical disorders found in these patients. The comparative analysis of intraosseous dental implants in the study group pointed to a lower number of early and delayed complications of favorable short course that in same group.
