Cavina S. Formation mechanism of innovative development of light industry.

The thesis contains the results of studies devoted to theoretical and methodological grounding provisions and develop practical recommendations for building a mechanism of innovative development company. Author added of Categories conceptual apparatus of the theory of innovative development of light industry. The main scientific approaches in the management of enterprises based on building mechanisms and their methodological foundations allowed to present the company as a complex economic system. Preferred methods it is process and systematic method, methods of analysis and synthesis based on the theory of marginal utility and value; economic methods of state regulation of the market impact of domestic regulation. The author has done financial and business and innovation, and organizational structures of management of light industry enterprises of Vinnytsia region. The work contains the main causes of decline in the efficiency of production of light industry: increasing competition in the market; inefficient state policy on the development of the industry; Lack of experience of light industry in competition on domestic and foreign markets; low level of marketing activity of the enterprises; high wear equipment, outdated technology; low investment industry and innovative processes and highly efficient technologies; increasing the cost of production; decrease in purchasing power; challenging business conditions in Ukraine and others. The research is based approaches to the formation of structural and logical models of innovative mechanisms, methods of forecasting in light industry enterprises as one of the most important functions of management; structural and logical model of the mechanism of innovation development of light industry and the concept of a modern model of innovative development of enterprise-based criterion comprehensive competitiveness. The author proposes to apply the innovation cluster structure of light industry based companies and organizations Podilskyi Economic Region.
