Chubar M. The mechanism of increasing the export potential of an enterprise in the conditions of Ukraine's WTO membership.

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for improving the formation mechanism of export potential of the enterprise in the conditions of Ukraine's membership in the WTO for the development of foreign economic activity of domestic exporters. The essence of the export potential of the company is studied, its interconnections with the economic potential of the enterprise are established, the methods for its evaluating are defined and the modern concept of management of export potential is offered. The condition of light industry and prospective WTO markets for it are defined. The analysis of some industry's exporters is performed, an assessment of their export potential using several integral indicators and the results of expert surveys is made. An export strategy for implementation at the enterprises is proposed. A system of monitoring of increasing the export potential of the enterprise is designed, the structure of the Monitoring Department as a key management information exchange unit at the company is proposed. The mechanism of increasing the export potential of the enterprise in the conditions of Ukraine's membership in the WTO is designed, taking into account the need for the implementation of its functioning into the management cycle of the enterprise. The interrelation between the mechanism of increasing export potential and export strategy is studied.
